Liz stear is worth her weight in gold. She is a complete asset. She is the go to for liasing with people and understanding. What requirements a MND patient will require. She also understands and hugely supports the families. Nothing is too much trouble. She help with everything.

I am so thankful that I took this opportunity to get support from here. I was so sceptical at the start because I thought how is talking going to help me with the loss of my mum, but it turns out it was probably the best thing I could of done. Sheila was amazing and without her I don't know what would of happened without her help. Thank you so much.

All staff and volunteers were kind and helpful, and I felt listened to, and encouraged. As a carer I was well supported.

No, we received geat advice. Well being groups were excellent. Message treatment helped so much, as well as relaxation with wellbeing team.
